Most of the time I work on  a computer, drawing, editing, drafting weaves and then sending  the work hundreds of miles away to be woven at the mill. On a recent trip to the mill, I was reminded of the joy of being more physically involved in a creative pursuit.  The thrill of watching a design come into being pick by pick while standing at the loom is not easily matched.
